Pranic Healing – Common Questions answered

Ques. Does PH work only for believers?
Ans- Believing can come later, once the healing results are experienced. But an open mind and a positive attitude surely helps in receiving the healing.

Ques. So many people do not believe in PH?

Ans- That is understandable. The one who is entitled to the knowledge and the healing will eventually get connected a day.

Ques. Do you guarantee healing?

Ans- Healing depend on you few other factors besides healer’s skills.

  1. Is the patient receptive (open) enough?
  2.  Is he/she following instructions and the lifestyle changes recommended by the healer?
  3. Is he/she honest while sharing important factors in their lives with the healer?
  4. Karmik baggage etc

One need to trust one’s healer.

Ques. What if I don’t like my healer as a person?

Ans- Simply find another Pranic healer. One should receive the healing in full faith and with gratitude.

Ques. When should I go to a medical doctor?

Ans- Pranic healing is not substitute to medical aid, but is complementary. Pranic healing helps in accelerating the healing process. So many medical doctors now recommend Pranic healing to their patients. We always recommend both Pranic healing and Medical treatment in tandem.

Ques. Isn’t is expensive?

Ans- Healing is free and priceless. Fees is charged for the time a healer has to spend on executing the healing process. A trained healer spends time in learning, practicing, manages own meditation schedule, and at times the skilled healers have experiences of so many years. Fees is charged for the efforts and time of the healer and not the healing itself.

Besides, paying ensures we donot carry any karmic debt towards the healer. (Law of give and take)

Ques. What more can Pranic healing do?

Ans- Pranic healing can be used to heal physical health, emotional health and also cleaning and positively energising our home space, office space, goods etc. The benefits are innumerable. Once you get introduced to the world of Prana, it’s a whole new life altogether.

What is the answer and how to get there?

There was a time I was a complete People pleaser, and I believed that saying ‘Yes’ to everything will help me feel accepted, loved and liked. My biggest fear was ‘Fear of Rejection’ and that’s the reason I did everything I could to avoid conflicts and confrontations.

But, guess what… I was still rejected, insulted, being mocked at and was being talked about behind.

Initially I blamed others but in vain. After trying everything outside I Finally turned inside in search of love and peace. In my pursuit of happiness, I discovered – It was me who was weak. I did not feel worthy enough in myself, I did not value my worth and I was seeking outside approvals and validation to feel that worth.

I lacked self-Love. Craving for love I just wanted somebody else to come and make me feel loved, turning inside and knowing myself gave me knowledge, understanding and power to respect myself.

Love – Self-love is the answer – meditation is a way to it.

Don’t be afraid of losing people. Be afraid of losing yourself by trying to please everyone around you. Losing sight of who you are and what your core values are, is the worst thing you can do to yourself.

Besides, it is only through loving yourself first it is that you can possibly love others. Practice meditation and Be the love you are.

Lonely?

Do you need people because you are lonely?
Are you lonely?
Do you fear being lonely?
Do you condemn people who are happy alone? (happy without you)?

Every soul in the world drama is separate individual. We all are lonely. This is the truth. The question is how you are – sad lonely or happy lonely? Confused lonely or crystal lonely? Crying alone or meditating alone? Lonely with crowd around or poised and focused lonely? Blessed lonely or scared lonely?

We are so accustomed having people around or living in clusters that we have almost lost sight of our individual and independent nature of bliss. Fear of being alone scare a few people so much that they even try to somehow just fit in the platforms of social media no matter how irrelevant it feels. I have seen people condemning people who are happy without them just because they themselves are scared of being left behind alone. I have heard of people who feel so uncomfortable alone in their own houses that they switch on tv for whole day whether they are watching it or not so that they hear some noise, else they feel scare lonely. People try to avoid their inner voice (because they do not understand it). And, so to forget about themselves they do all sort of activities – from window shopping to watching tv to mindless eating to spending time with unknown people on social media or working extra hours even when it is not required, just so that they do not feel lonely. All these activities may engage you, nothing wrong in window shopping but those will not fill your inner emptiness. This understanding is important.

Loneliness is an inner vacuum and it’s a waste to try to fill it with external experiences. Avoiding being alone simply means that do not like your own company. Why so? Because you do not love or like your own self. Once you learn to accept and love yourself, a sense of contentment, self-esteem and self-dependency will fill your heart. You will start recognising your own talents, capabilities and self-worth. With that you will start feeling comfortable with yourself and the fear of loneliness will disappear. (High chances you will start attracting more people around as positivity attracts more souls).

Once you gain convinced ease with who you are, the need for external approval, the desire to acquire external acceptance, the urge to be surrounded by people diminishes miraculously.

Months back I read a short story:
After an extensive and tiring journey, a king reached a treasured healer in a tiny town set in the difficulties of a big mountain.
“Why don’t you live in one of the populated metropolises?” The visitor asked.
“Because I like it here,” the healer said.
“But, it’s so distant!”
“Distant from who?”, asked the healer with his simple innocence, revealing, the more one is in touch with the self, the less one feels the need to be in touch with others. The one who basks in the bliss of solitude dives in the inner ocean of equanimity. Such a person is never far from the self. And When you are close to yourself, you don’t feel lonely. And as you start enjoying your own company, you will love people around you and not need them.

What to do when things happen to us?

Every single thing that happens in our life happens for a reason. Now it is our job to decipher that purpose, that learning and that reason. It is not always easy and fun to deep dive inside to discover the meaning behind but that’s a discipline we have to practice to evolve in our spiritual journey. I did it through meditation.

Whatever comes up. Doesn’t matter how boring it sounds, our task is only to learn from it. Meditation helps us to focus and learn from what we have in front of us. whether it is something good or something not so good, maybe it is something that is desired and maybe it is something that is not desired. It might be something that we absolutely love or something that we are absolutely uncomfortable with. It is very important that we keep learning, because that always adds to our experience, our energetic reservoir. And, the next time when we go through a similar experience (whether good or bad) again, we are naturally, subconsciously and intrinsically prepared to steer through it with much more precision and with much enhanced efficacy.

How Long Should I meditate for?

There is no measuring stick that can tell you how long and how often should you meditate to reach to a desired result. It completely depends on each individual’s interest and intensity. The best duration is one which suits you. The point beyond which you do not feel comfortable, you might consider taking a break. Whatever time you sit for has to be absolutely soulful and honest. To sit for an hour just to pretend that you are an advanced practitioner is merely a wastage of time. Further this will give you a sense of hollowness as nothing real will be achieved. After a mindful meditation of basic few minutes, if one feels like continuing, then he can continue. But if that’s beyond your capacity for now, then it will not be fruitful. It might give you headache too. Growing your divine capacity is like developing a muscle. Today you may exercise and become tired after ten minutes. After few months of regular practice, you may be able to exercise for thirty minutes or even more than that, because you have established your capacity.

How long you can sit still, stay connected with your creator and maintain your high vibrational self is a matter of practice and differ from person to person.

Every soul is on their own journey, which could be different from us. But eventually, every road lead to home.

Just start the voyage!

Are you ready to die? Are you ready for new life?

Say if you come to know that you are going to die in 5 hours, or 5 days. What will you think and how you would love to depart? Are you ready to die? Are you ready for new life? What will you do?

Make a list of all those things and execute them now. You are gonna die. Yes! To make a fresh start let go of the past you. To make rest of your life best of your life, to create a better version of yourself, to live the life you always wanted to live – let go of past and START A FRESH.

Letting go of the past is very important. Past experiences, a few bitter events which happened in past maybe we don’t remember them at this moment. Maybe we can’t recall the whole incident at this very moment but we carry that in our heart subtly. Deep in our mind they still haunt us.
These negative stories dilute the quality of how we think and hence dilute the quality of our life.

Apologize – No matter how smart, right and intelligent we think we are; we still make mistakes! All of us somewhere, sometime do something that hurts somebody. Knowingly, unknowingly if you have ever been to that route, today is a day you should ask for forgiveness. Call the person, meet him or write a letter. Just say sorry. If the person is not ready at this time to understand your “sorry” you confess it in front of your creator and promise that you wont ever repeat it again. You clear your backyard, they clean their heart or not is their choice, their journey. And, if the person is no more in the world. Sit back in silent with supreme soul (God) for few minutes, emerge that person in front of you through imagination and in presence of your creator ask for forgiveness.

Forgive and Get Free – Its easy to say sorry but is it equally easy to understand their sorry? And, what if they are not even feeling or saying sorry? Will they ever realize what they have done to you if you simply forgive? Ask me. I have been through all these questions and now understand. Forgiving is not about them; it is not for them; it is for me. I forgive, because I deserve peace and not because they deserve it. Besides, who am I to judge who deserves what? I can tell you one thing, to get free, you must forgive.

But I am unable to forget what they did.
But The bad they did to me was too big to forgive.
But they will hurt me again if I forgive them.
They are not sorry, what is benefit of forgiving.
They have always taken me for granted.
It is impossible to forgive and forget. Easier said than done.
They never respect me. Why should I forgive?
Still have these and many more questions and doubt around forgiveness? Contact me.
I had been through the very rough road and can help you find all your answers to understand the essence of forgiveness.
It is very very important before you start new life.

Let go of bitter past – If your hands are full of old toys you can’t hold any new toy. Often, we feel what happened with us in past is truth, it had happened to us and so we have all the rights to moan about it forever. We use to revise the incident time and again in our mind and relive the pain again and again, deepening it further. Past is gone, its nowhere now. What your mind hold is only =what your mind creates (thoughts) now. It is our choice, we can choose Power Prayer, Forgive and Get Free, Learn Meditation or hold onto the bitterness.

Lets choose new life, lets choose better way of living, lets choose new way of thinking Learn Meditation. Meditation helps us a lot in gaining power to face our past karmas and their consequences. Meditation helps us a lot in gaining power to refresh and restart.

Today tell yourself, “Thank you past! Welcome new Life!”.

Thank you for taking out time to read this.
